Exploring Global Academic Partnerships

On February 2, 2024, representatives of seven prestigious institutions from the EUMMAS Academic Consortium met with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, to discuss collaboration opportunities. The aim was to strengthen global academic partnerships.

The participants came from different parts of the world and were part of the EUMMAS Academic Consortium. They included:

Valahia University of Targoviste, Romania

Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University, Slovakia

Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, Romania

B2 Ljubljana School of Business, Slovenia

The University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines – Université Paris-Saclay, France, is also going to participate in this project.

The representatives and their teams discussed ways to collaborate academically, including student and faculty exchanges, and participating in programs funded by the European Commission and other donors.

The EUMMAS Academic Consortium aims to foster partnerships across continents, driving innovation, research, and knowledge exchange in the global academic community.

In the upcoming period, several more meetings involving other members of the EUMMAS Academic Consortium will be convened to discuss participation in new projects. These gatherings will provide opportunities for additional consortium members to engage in discussions and negotiate their involvement in upcoming initiatives.
