ISM-IAE has recently launched a new training course « DU – Universitary Diploma – Management of Hospital and Health Structures (MSHS) »
This DU is an innovative training program by its content and its pedagogy, intended for hospital professionals (doctors leading units, administrative staff managing units, administrative staff within the general management). It is organized over one academic year and is co-directed by two departments of the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, the Simone Veil Health Faculty and the Institut Supérieur du Management ISM-IAE, which have combined their expertise to build a training program combining knowledge and skills in management and hospital organization. The pedagogy used prioritizes interaction and covers actuality topics, such as decision-making in crisis situations, stress management, personal development, and design thinking.
The first promotion, which has just defended its end-of-training project, was launched in June 2021 and was composed of 25 participants, including 12 doctors who are heads of hospital departments, 10 administrative unit managers, and 2 administrative managers from the hospital’s General Directorate.
