ROMST Consortium Meeting Held in Paris

On 19–20 February 2026, a working meeting of the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDM) project Responsible Organisations’ Management for Sustainable Transitions (ROMST), funded by the European Commission, was held at the University of Paris-Saclay in Paris. The project brings together six higher education institutions from EU and non-EU countries, along with a well-established thematic association, to jointly design a high-level Master’s programme in responsible and sustainable management. ROMST responds to the challenges of ecological, social, and digital transitions by integrating leadership, ethics, sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation into a coherent European educational framework, preparing future leaders to manage organisations responsibly in complex and rapidly evolving environments.

The meeting gathered representatives of the key and supporting partners: University of Versailles Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines – Université Paris-Saclay (Coordinator), University of Alcalá, University of Hamburg, Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, Business and Technology University, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, as well as supporting partners Union University Belgrade – Belgrade Banking Academy. The European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS) participated as the non-academic partner. Over the two-day session, partners worked on defining the academic architecture of the joint programme, establishing quality assurance and accreditation mechanisms, harmonising credit recognition procedures, and strengthening cooperation with industry and external stakeholders to ensure labour-market relevance and long-term sustainability.

For the European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS), participation in ROMST further reinforces its position as a trusted and strategic partner of leading global universities, actively contributing to the development of innovative, high-impact European academic initiatives.
